近日，由佛山機器人學院建設的首條全面展示工業(yè)4.0生產技術的示范線亦會在本屆博覽會上掀開面紗：一條U型的U盤生產線，被切分為一個個工序，正快速運轉，在“工業(yè)4.0”生產線中，工廠在接收到訂單信息后，將通過三維建模生成產品的設計模型；在進入生產單元后，由中央生產線自動進行產線規(guī)劃，根據(jù)訂單安排生產工位和材料等，一只機器臂精確的抓起材料，另一只機器臂則接過材料進行內部檢測，確認無問題后，兩只機器臂靈活運轉進行著快速加工……全程不過兩三分鐘。

盡管只是生產小小的U盤，這條示范線卻由訂單體驗中心、物流倉儲、機器裝配、個性定制、3D打印、注塑單元、檢測總裝及包裝貼標等多個單元組成，運用了工業(yè)機器人、3D打印、工業(yè)模擬仿真、無人搬運機器人、生產制造執(zhí)行管理系統(tǒng)等先進的生產要素。
該示范線實現(xiàn)智能3C產品生產、裝配、定制、檢測、運輸及倉儲的一體化，完美演繹了工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、產品小批量制造、虛擬現(xiàn)實及增強現(xiàn)實技術運用，實現(xiàn)能耗跟蹤管理及生產過程數(shù)字化與信息化的完美結合。
