12個(gè)項(xiàng)目簽約
南京未來科技城簽約了12個(gè)項(xiàng)目，總投資300億元，主要圍繞中德智能制造合作、未來網(wǎng)絡(luò)等方面。其中，國機(jī)智駿研發(fā)總部項(xiàng)目定位于國際化新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)，由中國機(jī)械工業(yè)集團(tuán)旗下的國機(jī)汽車聯(lián)合七家企業(yè)共同設(shè)立，項(xiàng)目總投資20億元。洛奇智慧醫(yī)療城項(xiàng)目總投資預(yù)計(jì)80億元，將聚集智慧醫(yī)療、醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)中心、醫(yī)療信息交互云平臺、可穿戴設(shè)備研發(fā)、醫(yī)療機(jī)器人研發(fā)等產(chǎn)業(yè)。

《中國智能制造發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究主題報(bào)告》同時(shí)發(fā)布。報(bào)告指出，將推進(jìn)采用新一代人工智能遠(yuǎn)程服務(wù)，在風(fēng)力發(fā)電、直升飛機(jī)、水表電表等領(lǐng)域重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)。通過智能技術(shù)，使更多企業(yè)從生產(chǎn)型制造向服務(wù)型制造轉(zhuǎn)變。

格力電器董事長董明珠表示，大數(shù)據(jù)給生產(chǎn)制造帶來根本性顛覆。以格力空調(diào)為例，應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)，格力可以掌握消費(fèi)者的使用運(yùn)行情況，更好地為客戶解決問題。
中國中車董事長劉化龍表示，除復(fù)興號外，今年中車推出新產(chǎn)品智軌列車，即在虛擬軌道上進(jìn)行無人駕駛的一種列車，全長12米，是純電動(dòng)無人駕駛公交車。
推進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級
多家企業(yè)表示，將加大智能方面投入。
劉化龍指出，將智能制造作為企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的一個(gè)主攻方向，中國中車將聚焦高速動(dòng)車組、城市軌道交通車輛，積極推廣智能制造新模式和試點(diǎn)工作，建設(shè)智能化生產(chǎn)線、車間、企業(yè)，逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品和產(chǎn)業(yè)的智能轉(zhuǎn)型。目前，中車有15個(gè)項(xiàng)目獲得了工信部立項(xiàng)批復(fù)，總投資30億元。
中國中車將打造世界智能軌道交通新的生態(tài)圈，新一代智慧列車將廣泛運(yùn)用智能傳感器、智能儀表、智能標(biāo)簽等技術(shù)。部分核心企業(yè)將整體實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字制造。

董明珠表示，制造企業(yè)在智造創(chuàng)新方面要以消費(fèi)需求為導(dǎo)向。格力將圍繞生產(chǎn)智能化、服務(wù)智能化和設(shè)計(jì)智能化，繼續(xù)推進(jìn)智能制造發(fā)展。
麻省理工學(xué)院自動(dòng)識別中心創(chuàng)始人凱文•艾什頓則表示，有些小規(guī)模企業(yè)在設(shè)備和技術(shù)方面不夠先進(jìn)，建議在原有生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，循序漸進(jìn)地引入一些包括物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在內(nèi)的技術(shù)，逐漸提升智能水平，不要盲目打破一切重新構(gòu)建。
