近年來,光伏、風(fēng)電等新能源因清潔環(huán)保得到快速發(fā)展,但在不斷優(yōu)化能源結(jié)構(gòu)的同時,也為我國電網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)行帶來了一定挑戰(zhàn)。在電力系統(tǒng)里,發(fā)電和用電是同時完成的,即用戶需要多少電,電廠就要發(fā)多少電,如果發(fā)電端無法與大電網(wǎng)的節(jié)奏保持一致,就會出現(xiàn)問題。

“新能源虛擬同步機(jī)科技示范工程歷時兩年,是國家電網(wǎng)公司十大科技創(chuàng)新示范工程之一。”國網(wǎng)冀北電力有限公司科技信通部主任王葆潔介紹說,這一技術(shù)能夠使新能源機(jī)組由“我行我素”的“自轉(zhuǎn)”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?ldquo;協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一”的“公轉(zhuǎn)”,主動支撐電網(wǎng)頻率、電壓波動,有力保障電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

為攻克這一世界級難題,國網(wǎng)冀北電力協(xié)同中國電科院、南瑞集團(tuán)等單位開展了關(guān)鍵技術(shù)攻關(guān)和裝備研制,最終全面掌握了虛擬同步機(jī)核心技術(shù),為大規(guī)模新能源友好并網(wǎng)提供了新技術(shù)手段,鞏固了我國在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)引領(lǐng)地位。

示范工程取得了多個成果
相繼在虛擬同步機(jī)抑制系統(tǒng)振蕩、大容量變流器低電壓穿越等方面取得12項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)突破,建成投運(yùn)風(fēng)電、光伏和電站式三類虛擬同步機(jī);
完成了世界首次基于虛擬同步機(jī)的新能源電站黑啟動試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了三類虛擬同步機(jī)的性能指標(biāo),以及在大規(guī)模新能源匯集地區(qū)應(yīng)用的可行性,填補(bǔ)了相關(guān)技術(shù)研究和示范應(yīng)用空白;

基于技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)對比分析,首次提出儲能優(yōu)化配置方案和風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速綜合恢復(fù)策略,解決了實(shí)際運(yùn)行難題,形成了風(fēng)儲配合的應(yīng)用模式。
據(jù)悉,該工程建成投運(yùn)后,提升了電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行水平,為新能源友好并網(wǎng)提供了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)典范,這對于建設(shè)國家張家口可再生能源示范區(qū)和我國清潔能源大規(guī)模開發(fā)利用具有重要意義。
