重慶日?qǐng)?bào)：黨的十九大報(bào)告提出，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)已由高速增長(zhǎng)階段轉(zhuǎn)向高質(zhì)量發(fā)展階段。“興業(yè)興城、強(qiáng)區(qū)富民”離不開高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。永川如何尋求高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)發(fā)展活力和動(dòng)力？
滕宏偉：永川是成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的節(jié)點(diǎn)城市，是聯(lián)動(dòng)成渝城市群發(fā)展的重要區(qū)域，當(dāng)前，長(zhǎng)城、慶鈴、東鵬、利勃海爾等重大項(xiàng)目、高質(zhì)量項(xiàng)目的相繼落地，將為再造一個(gè)“永川工業(yè)”奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。智能裝備、汽車及零部件、電子信息、特色輕工、能源及新材料五大重點(diǎn)工業(yè)集群增加值增長(zhǎng)14％，占規(guī)上工業(yè)增加值70％，園區(qū)集中度達(dá)到80％。

此外，供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革扎實(shí)推進(jìn)，永川關(guān)閉了煤炭企業(yè)51家，鋼鐵企業(yè)10家，磚瓦企業(yè)56家，關(guān)停的企業(yè)個(gè)數(shù)和退出的產(chǎn)能均占全市的1／3。農(nóng)村改革、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革、行政體制改革、PPP投融資體制改革等重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)改革持續(xù)釋放制度紅利。職教人才集聚、服務(wù)業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速，永川城市的活力越來越強(qiáng)。
