7月30日，同有科技披露重組預案稱，同有科技擬作價6.5億元通過發(fā)行股份及支付現(xiàn)金方式購買鴻秦科技100%的股權。據(jù)了解，此次交易為同有科技擬向楊建利、合肥紅寶石、珠海漢虎納蘭德、華創(chuàng)瑞馳、宓達賢和田愛華發(fā)行股份及支付現(xiàn)金購買其持有的鴻秦科技100%股權。待此次交易完成后，鴻秦科技將成為同有科技全資子公司。經(jīng)交易各方協(xié)商，上市公司擬以發(fā)行股份支付的對價金額為此次交易預計總金額的60%；以現(xiàn)金支付的對價金額為此交易預計總金額的40%。
On July 30, the company announced plans to buy 100 percent of hongqin by issuing shares and paying cash for 650 million yuan. It is understood that this transaction is in conjunction with the issuance of shares of Yang jianli, hefei ruby, zhuhai hanhu narland, China chuangruichi, mida xian and tian aihua and the payment of cash for the 100% stake of hongqin technology. When the deal is completed, hongqin will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

怎么辦呢，如果只是尋求國外企業(yè)級廠商的代理關系卻不太符合當下的行業(yè)發(fā)展和同有科技的客戶環(huán)境。于是，投資，向外尋求其他企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢似乎是最適合的途徑。
